2. Data processed through the website
The website may process technical navigation data necessary for page operation and, if the user fills in the contact form, the data voluntarily entered: name, email address, telephone number, subject and message.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data sent through the contact form are used exclusively to reply to the user's request and are transmitted by email to commerciale@lcaballauri.com. The data are not stored in a database through the website. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or the response to a request from the data subject.

The data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the request and in any case for no longer than 1 year, except for further legal obligations or the need to protect the Controller's rights.

The website uses technical cookies necessary for operation. No profiling tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel were found. The video on the website is a local MP4 file and does not require external platforms to be loaded.
Contact pages may display a Google Maps map. The map is loaded only after the user's consent to external content. The user may refuse this loading and still browse the website.
